Man Killed in Head-on Crash on State Route 138 [Cajon Pass, CA] Head-on Collision near Lone Pine Canyon Road Left Man Dead, Woman InjuredCAJON PASS, CA (April 20, 2023) – Tuesday morning, a head-on crash on State Route 138 left a man dead and a woman injured.The crash happened on March 21st, at around 8:00 a.m., near Lone Pine Canyon Road on State Route 138.According to reports, a white Chevrolet Silverado and a gray Dodge Ram were traveling along State Route 138, near Lone Pine Canyon Road. For reasons unknown, the two trucks collided and one driver was ejected from his vehicle and the other became trapped in her truck.The man, who was driving the Dodge, died at the scene.
