SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Two suspects were charged in connection to a series of commercial thefts targeting Bath & Body Works locations, the San Francisco District Attorney's Office announced Wednesday. Emoni Thomas, 21, and Erykah Thomas, 21, both of San Francisco, were arraigned on Monday.Both pled not guilty to two counts of felony organized retail theft, two counts of second-degree commercial burglary, and two counts of grand theft. The two are alleged to have taken part in retail theft incidents on Aug. 8 and Aug. 9. Community organizations supporting people experiencing homelessness have expressed their concerns with the new Community Standards Bylaw which will be discussed at tonight’s city council meeting.The new Community Standards Bylaw was recommended at the last Administrative Policies Committee meeting earlier this month, and with all five city council members who serve on the Administrative Policies Committee voting in support of the bylaw, it was moved forward to be considered by council at tonight’s meeting. ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) — After three men were found shot to death in an Adams County home on Tuesday, investigators are working to learn what happened.FOX31 was told an older woman died at the home a couple of weeks ago, and detectives said there is a family dynamic among the people involved. Several people were rescued after their boat overturned. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue units arrived in the area of Port Miami, late Wednesday afternoon. U.S. Coast Guard were also at the scene and were able to pluck the boaters from the water.7Skyforce hovered over the scene where the boaters sat on a support vessel. Another vessel had a light pointed towards the water, where the captivated vessel lay. It is unknown how the vessel sunk. No injuries were reported. Miami-Dade Police officers late Wednesday afternoon returned to the scene where an officer was grazed by a bullet during a shooting in Miami Gardens. The Homicide unit requested some support and units arrived at the neighborhood, located at 154th Street and Northwest 19th Street. 7Skyforce hovered over the scene where officers were going inside the home.Homicide detectives took pictures of the everything at the scene, which include inside the home, outside the home, planters and the sidewalk. They also looked at surveillance video from other homes that are nearby and attempted to make contact with other residents who may have been home at the time. The shooting took place on Monday and two suspects were arrested. They were charged with attempted murder of a police officer.The officer has since been released from the hospital.
